Personally I would prefer if this test wasn't the deciding factor for a job position. But the employers knows what he or she wants in an employee so if taken the test is what's needed for the position then its ok.

Sometimes I ask myself that is this my behaviour or not? Because I am really shy and I lack confidence, I find it hard to socialize with other people.I
