I'm a psychology major, and I've been studying this. It works. Soon, I'm going to make a formal paper on the survey, correlating goals vs. ladder height, and all of that.

Sometimes I ask myself that is this my behaviour or not? Because I am really shy and I lack confidence, I find it hard to socialize with other people.I
