I can't believe that anyone would base any judgment about a person on the basis of their answers to these questions - for a start, the way they respond is likely to be affected by their state of mind at the time. It is said that the more you do the test and get a similar result the more valid that result will be - but will consciously or subconsciously answer accordingly to which type you find most desirable. So it depends (like all tests)on answering honestly. Fine - but surely, then, what the test is ACTUALLY measuring as well as anything else IS your honesty - or rather, your sureness in answering each question - and if you are so sure - why do a test? How they base spiritual workshops on this test is puzzling to me.
