LEARNING INTERPRETING AND OPINION: PROCESSING OUR WORLD

While obviously different concepts with differing definitions;It is my opinion that individuals use these processes in tandem to process the world we live in.

LEARNING is is taking a concept and committing it to memory...Interpretation is when that LEARNED concept is influenced by the individuals reality,culture,and biological pre-disposition.

This is what why two people can observe the Identical same thing at the same time differently. OPINION is shaped by the same factors as interpretation,but opinions are more influenced by emotional connections. That is my quick un-educated guess at the topic. :)
