A good IQ is in no way a 'certificate' proving you are better than anyone else.
I just finished a couple of the IQ tests in English, despite it not being my main language and got a score of between 141 and 146. But frankly it means nothing. It may set out a standardized way of saying, that, yes you might be what is considered 'genius' in certain mental aspects, but really, its not a guarantee of success or anything. If anything its a bit of a con, just for bragging rights and making you feel (artificially) better about yourself.
Many people who are successful do not need a particularly high IQ, so really if you are happy and have a good plan with motivation, don't be disheartened by some numbers. Your entire life and self is not determined by how high a number is in relation to a particular test.
Good day.
