I'm not so sure

I'm a 14-year old male that attends high school and is currently in grade 9. I took an IQ test online and answered it truthfully, and I ended up with an IQ of 127. I was wondering if it's high or are online tests inaccurate? I have noticed a 'skyrocket' in my Maths marks, with the range of 80%-88% from grade 5-7 and 89%-96% from grade 8-9 with 96% for both terms 1&2 this year.
