Total Baloney is all I can say. These tests cannot possibly show the true nature of a person.There are many things that fit each individual on both sides of the fence,being introvert and extrovert.Its the Yen and Yang principle and therefore being categorized by this test only hurts the individual in some way,especially when they have been turned down for a job in certain fields because they didn't score correctly on the test. This should be outlawed as a form of discrimination.
I have seen people turned down applying for Law Enforcement jobs who had years of experience simply because there score on these type test were not high enough.HOGWASH!
So then the job goes to someone with no experience who passed the test.It makes no sense at all.These test were designed to make money for the ones who created them-NOTHING MORE.I don't use them at all in my hiring practices as they have been proven to fail for my corporation-MANY AND I
SAY MANY TIMES.
