13 with an IQ of 150?

I did it on an Internet test, I understand these are quite inaccurate, however, my reading level is 3 grades above what it should be, I am able to talk to adults as if I am one. I exhibit "Genius" like traits. I mean, when I did that test, it was a major self-esteem booster when I found out it was 150. But I really don't know if it is incorrect or not. It probably is, but it's kind of a hassle to get an IQ test in real life, because you've gotta order it and all that jazz. So... Thoughts?
